Signature of Code of Conduct

As of 10th February 2010, UNITY FOUNDATION, together with 5 other additional organizations officially joined the "Code of conduct for organizations using public generosity" also known as Code of Conduct.
This Code was created on 13th February 2007 under the leadership of its 5 founding members of non profit organizations from Luxembourg which were confident of having a duty to inform their donors so that in return these can give with confidence.
By adhering to this Code, UNITY FOUNDATION affirms its commitment to the principle of transparency and its commitment to report regularly to its donors.
UF is committed to the six following engagements:
1. the rights of the donors
2. a disinterested handling of donations
3. a rigorous management of donations
4. communication actions beyond reproach
5. unimpeachable fundraising actions
6. financial transparency to the donors

The 15 members adhering to the Code of Conduct are: Autisme Luxembourg asbl., Croix Rouge Luxembourgeoise, Fondation Alzheimer, Fondation Autisme Luxembourg, Fondation Caritas Luxembourg, Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur, Fondation Jean Hamilius Jr., Fondation Kräizbierg, Fondation KriibsKrank Kanner, Fondation Lëtzebuerger Guiden a Scouten mat der Drëtter Welt, Fondation Luxembourgeoise Contre le Cancer, Omega 90 asbl, SOS Faim Luxembourg asbl et Unity Foundation.
This ceremony was graced by the presence of HRH Grand Duke Guillaume, in his capacity as Chairman of the Kräizbierg Foundation.
